VinesOS is a premium direct-to-consumer POS, Club, eCommerce and Reservations platform built specifically for wineries. We help wineries increase revenue, streamline operations, and deliver better customer experiences across POS, wine clubs, events, and ecommerce.
The Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Growth Lead who can connect marketing directly to revenue.
This role owns both:
- Pipeline generation (marketing)
- Conversion (sales support + demos)
You’ll help bring in qualified opportunities, refine how we position VinesOS, and actively participate in product demos and the sales process to help close deals. This is not a pure marketing role—and not a pure sales role.
It’s a hybrid position focused on growth and revenue.
What You'll Own
Pipeline & Demand Generation
- Increase qualified inbound and outbound opportunities
- Build and optimize AI-assisted lead generation systems (prospecting, enrichment, personalization)
- Network with industry groups and raise awareness
- Develop campaigns across channels (email, paid, partnerships, events)
- Improve lead quality, targeting, and conversion
Positioning & Messaging
- Refine how we differentiate in the market
- Strengthen our premium, ROI-driven narrative
Sales Support & Demos
- Participate in and lead product demos
- Help move deals forward and improve close rates
- Identify common objections and refine responses
Funnel Optimization
- Analyze performance from lead → demo → close
- Identify and fix conversion gaps
- Build a more predictable and repeatable pipeline
Sales Enablement
- Improve pitch materials, case studies, and ROI tools
- Ensure consistent messaging across marketing and sales
What Success Looks Like (First 6 Months)
- Increase qualified demos
- Implement AI-driven outbound or inbound systems that consistently generate pipeline
- Improve demo-to-close conversion rates
- Build more consistent, repeatable pipeline generation
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in wine industry, and deep familiarity with wine software
- Strong understanding of both marketing funnels and sales cycles
- Experience in SaaS, ideally with recurring revenue or payments
- Proven experience using AI tools for lead generation, prospecting, or campaign optimization
- Comfortable running or joining product demos
- Ability to think strategically and execute hands-on
- Data-driven, with strong messaging and storytelling skills
- Self-starter who can operate without a large team
Compensation
- Base + performance-based incentives tied to:
- Qualified pipeline generated
- Revenue influenced/closed
- Flexible structure (part-time or fractional to start)
